Psalm 20: Help on a Hard Day

Lord, help us in this day of trouble

Help us in our hour of need

To you we look for strength and wisdom

Make your plans in us succeed

Lord, if these plans are truly from you

We believe they shall not fail

Though we may walk through dark seasons

By your Spirit, we'll prevail

Let us lay our prayers before you

For our friends and for our bread

For the lost who do not know you

We call to You, our King, our Head
